PEP should be performed only once every six months to a year. More often than this may
cause discrepancies in the process that will give you inaccurate results. Undue repetition
of the test may cause the person to either duplicate previous answers (by remembering
what was marked last time), or subconsciously 'fighting' the previous answers and marking
down different responses than are actually the case. Unless you notice a change in the
person's work habits or performance, a re-evaluation may not be necessary at all.

By using this information on a rare-but-consistent basis. you will find the Personality
Evaluation Program to be a useful tool in enhancing cooperation between management
end employees. As a result, you should note a significant decrease in employee turnover
and absenteeism which in turn, leads to greater profits and overall company satisfaction.
