The Personality Evaluation Program and associated programs are the most incredibly useful
programs of their kind. They are unique and unequalled in ease of use.

Our programs have been on the market since 1985 (in the form of our DOS-based Employee
Management System and Personality Analysis System). Since then, thousands of
businesses have benefited from the uncanny accuracy of these programs. PEP is our new
Windows-based version of these programs.

Understandably, there is a terrific potential for selling the reports or using them on a
consulting basis.

Examples of commercial license situations:

An employment agency that uses PEP to match clients to jobs.

A dating service that uses PEP as part of its matchmaking services.

A consultant that provides PEP reports to third-party clients as part of his consulting service.

A psychologist or marriage counselor who uses PEP as part of his counseling

services.

In all such cases, PEP is not being used for internal management, employee / applicant
evaluation or with business associates. It is being regularly used in a third-party basis as an
asset to the business. This would apply even if no direct charge is made for the evaluation.

Providing PEP reports to other businesses or using the reports in a consulting environment
requires the PEP registered Business or Counseling versions. (see Order Page).

* The lifetime, extended use license allows you to use PEP in third-party situations, including
sales of the reports themselves or sales of services using the reports. (Many companies
charge a per-report fee-- we do not).

* While we provide exceptional lifetime user support to all of our clients, we pay special
attention to the needs of our commercial clients in recognition of the fact that they are using
PEP in a public environment.
